Full-time Graduate Petroleum Engineers

at Chevron (Anywhere)

Are you ready to put your education to work? Take on new challenges to help us find newer, cleaner ways to power the world.

You’ll also continue to learn and grow – through on-the-job experience and team collaboration with talented professionals. Horizons is the name of our five-year competency-based development program which has been specifically designed for new graduates or those who have less than five years work experience and applicable educational qualifications. And although Horizon’s main focus is the first five years of your career, the career development and planning tools used in the program – as well as people you meet through the program – will be valuable throughout your career.
Horizons Philosophy

The Horizons program develops employee competency through technical training, assignments and mentoring. These three tenets will have a critical role in developing your career.

Horizons provides several benefits to both employees and Chevron including:

* Attracting and retaining the best people. * Positioning employees to compete for a variety of global upstream opportunities. * Providing clearly defined development plans that place employees on an accelerated path towards their career objectives.

All of these serve to strengthen organizational capability, thereby ensuring that Chevron has the resources, expertise, and transfer of knowledge to effectively meet the future business needs of the company.

Who Should Be Enrolled into the Horizons Program?

To be part of the five-year graduate program, you must have completed a relevant Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree, or have received this degree within the last five years.
