Horizons is the name of our five-year competency-based development program which has been specifically designed for new graduates or those who have less than five years work experience and applicable educational qualifications. And although Horizon’s main focus is the first five years of your career, the career development and planning tools used in the program – as well as people you meet through the program – will be valuable throughout your career.
Horizons Philosophy

Who Should Be Enrolled into the Horizons Program?
To be part of the five-year graduate program, you must have completed a relevant Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree, or have received this degree within the last five years.
